The Victoria caters for local people who make visitors very welcome. It is a large Victorian style house.

One of the few remaining long established pubs in the Dorchester, Hardy Country, and run by a family from the nearby picturesque town of Poole. Past winners of "Tenants of the Year" Award. The Victoria is just a few steps away from the lively market town.

Traditional family values in a warm and friendly environment, incorporating good beer, real ales, ciders, good food and good company, along with live music. Other facilities include Conference Room, Skittle Alley and Sports Bar. We have the benefit of several letting rooms that are designed to provide good basic facilities.

We offer traditional, fresh Home Style cooking, prepared by the Landlady and her son. This currently ranges from a limited £1 Menu, Bar Snacks, an ever changing Main Menu and Homemade Desserts. All produce sourced locally where possible, yet still offering good value for money.
